- Contact & Institutional Data: Name, business email, corporate phone, WhatsApp, company or laboratory name, job title, and regional location.
- Scientific Inquiry Scope: Target brand(s), molecule(s) of interest, therapeutic area (e.g. Neuroscience/CNS, Oncology, Rare Diseases), campaign classification (scientific promotion, Medical Affairs, brand positioning, new launch, patent expiration/generics/similars), and preferred communication format.
- Digital Interactions: Messages, technical logs, IP address, and browser metadata collected during digital service and website visits.
Information you should not send
For your safety and institutional security, we explicitly recommend that users do not transmit the following through chat or digital channels:
- Account passwords, security tokens, or two-factor authentication codes.
